"12 Ranch Wines" are perfect for any occasion. Enjoy with good food and friends. They also make great gift ideas.
2010 Viognier $18 This is the third year for the Viognier. The grapes came from the Rogue Valley area, between Ashland and Medford Oregon. It is produced in a dry style and really carries the peachy, apricot aromas. This wine has stayed in stainless steel and has a very clean crisp finish to it. The Viognier is a great summer wine. It pairs nicely with light appetizers or light grilled fish. It also likes a little heat and works great with dishes using crushed red pepper or Asian dishes using chili paste. This is a small production wine for us and we don't expect it to be available very long.
2008 Oregon Chardonnay (Stainless Steel) $18 The 2008 Chardonnay is a light, crisp dry white wine. The grapes come from the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. It is 100% Chardonnay and produced completely in stainless steel. This wine is ready to enjoy now and pairs nicely with Salmon and crab melts. Also great for picnics and light appetizers. Enjoy!
2009 Chardonnay $15 The 2009 Chardonnay is produced in a more traditional chardonnay style. After fermentation it is put on French Oak. This wine has an amazing aroma and nice clean finish. It is not as dry of finish as our previous chardonnays. This is still the go to wine for any of my mushroom dishes. Combining it with the earthiness of the mushrooms is fantastic!
2010 Sangiovese $21
The 2010
Sangiovese is a light red wine produced in the Chianti tradition. It is
100% Sangiovese and has been aged in neutral oak barrels. This wine has
been very well received by our wine club and it such a versatile wine to
pair food with. It is definitely our go to wine for dinner!! We’ve
paired this with seafood cioppino, vegetable strudels, pork dishes as
well as chocolate champagne cupcakes! Kenzie Red $19
The Kenzie Red is our red table wine, it is a blend of
74% 2009 Merlot and 26% 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon. We have only bottled 32
cases of this blend and are very happy with it. It won’t be around
long!!
This wine pairs well with Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Cacciatore, or tomato
based pasta dishes. It is also great to sip on while enjoying appetizers
before dinner. 2008
Cabernet Sauvignon $25.00 Our 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is unfiltered and has great color. It is a big red with a lot of complex flavors. We are very excited about the release of this wine. It has been very popular in our barrel tastings. We pair this great red wine with grilled tri-tip, prime rib or a nice rib eye steak on the BBQ. “Another awesome 2006 Red Wine”
2008 Syrah
$25.00 This 100% Syrah is unfiltered and considered our “wine with chocolate”. We usually pair this wine with dark chocolates, but it is also great with lamb and big stews. The Syrah is ready to drink now, (we know where you can get more!!), or can be aged a few years. This is one of our signature Big Reds and a great year.
Vintage Wine We have just a few cases of 2004 Merlot and 2004 Syrah wine left that we have libraried. They are available for purchase if you would like to try some of our older vintages or have a favorite wine to continue with. _________________________________________
